why do i get eye bags underneath my eyes

Don't know, but I saw on television that when a person is dehydrated and doesn't drink enough water, they get bags under the eyes. I also read that bags under the eyes are fat deposits. I read somewhere else its genetic.

I've heard that bags happen because your skin is so thin under your eyes that when small blood vessels burst, they show more. Allergies can also cause them. Drinking a lot of water is supposed to help. There are also concealers, but I've never found one that worked for me.
