I believe its fiction mixed with facts and made a nice novel, though i dont believe all in it as true.

Yes, I read the book and watched the movie as well. Of course acceptance in this type of novel will vary depending on the extent of your belief. If you've been raised as fanatic Christian Catholic or very active in any Christian organization or fellowship, then of course you wont like it all as we always view Jesus as perfect and free from sin, there never an chance that he indulge in human lust or intimate relationship to any character in the bible. Being the other half of Mary Magdalene which was depicted in the story is too much for the Christian to absorb and I guess it would take a more liberated mind to comprehend the entire event. I was raised into a very conservative family but I always read other concepts and ideas which is the exact opposite of what I have learned and trained. Learning beyond the boundaries will make us wiser and maybe if this really happen, this never affect my faith and make me even wonnder for the greatness of His love that He even sacrifice His family to save us from sin.

Yes,and I liked it. Kinda want to read Angels&Demons since they are related. Have you read/watched The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco? That's a good book and has a lot to do with christian symbolism,as well.

When i first read this book straight away i was thinking did this really happen or is it happening because we all know how the vatican likes to keep things quite. I think i read this book in record time because i did not want to put it down, it was very close to the truth i think but we will never know to be honest.
