is obito really tobi?

The last manga chapter 399 I read was really exciting. Tobi is telling sasuke the whole truth about the beginnngs of Konoha and how Itachi sacrificed himself to protect his younger brother. But still, there are so many signs that prove obito is tobi but there is no proof! What is your opinion on this?

i don't know much about that obito or tobi guyz, but one thing i know about tobi, he's the one who gave Kakashi his eye for a gift, I guess. lol

Yep. That's one of the answers. But do you think Madara wouldn't think of using Obito's body since Obito is also an Uchiha and Madara is too old enough to move like Obito right?
