hi i use antivirus and spyware if i dont find the problem i do search on internet at symantec.com mcfee ...

you can do 2 step, first clean up a trojan or virus if you had it in your system, you can use free antivirus like avast or avg. after cleaning your system, install a firewall and block any operation that you dont recognized. keep yourself update about new attack that spread on the net.
