I wonder to get the information about yoga. How can I start to exersice myself at home without harming the body.

If you are beginninger, better start from some easy position! and try to keep them longer, then attempt to harder one. do not go too fast, that might really hurt you body! Sometime, that is hard to keep doing yoga in regular, and the result of yoga may reflect slowly than other intensive sport activties. if you want to lose weight, please be patient! Keep working on that, you will find that is a really nice activity!

I think you have to start off slowly, step by step and not try and doo too much too quickly, I had a look on the internet and there is many yoga sites for beginners... http://www.hindustanlink.com/yoga/keepfit.htm Good luck.

if you're a beginner in practicing yoga, it's better if you join in a yoga class under the guidance of a quality teacher. it's not recommended to the beginners to practiced yoga without guidance of a yoga teacher.
