is mg sreekumar better than yesudas?

im a great fan of dasettan and mg. i like all their songs. but most of the songs i upload into my ipod is sung by mg. is mg better than dasettan??

how can we compare the songs sung by Dr.yesudhass with mg sree kumar?... Dr.yesudhass is gaana gandharvan.... he is simply xtra ordinary....cant even xplain his talent...he is great yar.... sreekumar tooo not bad...yet Dr.yesudhass stand first than any body.....

Dasettan cannot be compared with most of the singers in India... as per a on-line research... his popularity is ever-time high and topped the list with more then 25% support where as the person second the list was just 15% Main reason for Dasettans popularity is HE IS NOT A REGIONAL SINGER... he is purely a UNIVERSAL SINGER... his greatest hits are there in almost all indian languages.. and further extended to Arabic, Latin, English... I like MG but personally believe its not at all correct to compare him with YESUDAS... because his reach is far far beyond an ordinary man... he is really a "GANA GANDHARVAN"

I don't think MG Sreekumar can get anywhere close to Yesudas. Yesudas is one of the greatest singers and MG Sreekumar doesn't have that versatality...and I don't find the 'gaambheeryam' in his voice either.

m g sreekumar cannot be even compared with yesudas.I love the songs of both of them but yeudas is the talented one.

MG is a comparatively new singer.His fast numbers are very good.He composes too.But Dasettan is a legend.We can't compare a legend with a newbie.Someday he will also be as good as Dasettan,I hope.

well my friend both are different Yesudas is reffered to as "Gaana Gandharvan" by malayalees beacuse his songs are very soothening than ever. for example take Harimurali Ravam sung by Yesudas. nobody can ever do it with that high pitch and singing like that he is just marvellous. but Mg sreekumar cant never do things like that. in my personal opinion MG sreemukar is now famous because of Mohanlal every single film Mohanlal acts he wil get a chance to sing Mohanlal and Mg seems to have kinda same sound. well not in real the song thing ah you wont get it anyway. but YESUDAS IS THE BEST
