I get any where from 40-100$ per referral. I pay them more than half of what I get. Let's say I get 60$ per referral, I keep 25$ and pay them 35$. I have one site that pays me 100$ per referral, I pay out 55$ and keep 45$. not bad huh?

Your earnings from referrals depend on the earnings of the one referred. You get a percentage.

It depends how active they are. If they aren't active, nothing.
