Stem Cells

Hi! Welcome to myLot. Yeah I knwo about the stem cells. They can heal because they can regenerate or turn into other cells. Like in a plant, the stem is the beginning right before the flower blooms. Then the you will know what flower it is if the stem has developed and matured and carries the flowers. In us humans the stem cells are just the stems. They are not fully grown or they ahve not fully developed into functioning cells. So they have the ability to grow into specific cells like red blood cells, immune system cells, skin cells, actually any cell. So if you have an injury and you insert stem cells into it. The stem cells will develop and grow into skin cells that will help make the injury heal. Thats what I know anyways. Have a nice day.^_^
