As I see the Tigers- Yankees' game , the talking heads tried to explain how Barry Bonds could help the Tigers.he is a good DH candidate and he can still play left field. So would you want Bonds to come play for your tram?

Barry Bonds would only help a team that is not hoping to win but is looking to bring a reason for fans to come out. He is not a team player and every championship team has one thing in common - chemistry. Look at the Red Sox. It is only since they have become a closer bunch that they started to win. On the other hand, look at the talented Yankees - no team chemistry therefore no championship since the arrival of A-Rod, another individual lloking at his own numbers.

This sorta weird coming from a Red Sox fan but I think A-Rod isn't looking at his numbers. I think he is trying to do all he can but, he isn't a third baseman and he is trying too hard to hit a homerun every bat. don't get mr wrong , I love that it hasn't worked but if he really just wanted the numbers, he would have stayed in Texas.

Actually, I have to agree and say he is only interested in himself and what numbers he puts up. There's a reason they (I'm a Rangers fan) got rid of him and that's chemistry. He made a lot of people here mad, both players and fans. He just wasn't a team player and had no problems at all bashing the others. We were happy to see him go and were lucky enough to get the better end of the trade in Alfonso Soriano.
You would think others would learn by that but just last week we got rid of someone else because of their attitude. It's a shame because he really was working out for us.
