Is everything changing at myLot? My inbox has been empty for over 4 weeks...

It used to be that each day my inbox was brimming with new discussion announcements from myLot....now for over 4 weeks the only thing I receive is the daily summary of myLot discussions. Is this true for everyone or am I missing something? I know I am not very active on this site ( or any other right now ) but am curious as to why no friends announcements of new discussions are ever sent to me.
I can go in and find discussions that have been started by my friends...but I never used to have to do that..
Anyone else having this happen? Everyone else having this happen? Did I miss a big change announcement?

Hi my friend, check your friend list to make sure the notifications are set for you to receive them. Recently many of mine were shut off automatically (I don't know how this happened) so I had to turn many of them back on.

Thanks for the idea, Howard..and I did check there...some were turned off but most were on..for instance your's is turned on...but this response you made didn't ever show up as a notification to me...I had to go in and look!! It's weird!!! Nice to hear from you, though...hope you are well and happy!!!

Have you gone into your friends list and made sure that every one of their alerts are turned on? Mylot turns them off sometimes and I have to go back on and turn them back on. I had alot of inactive friends also so I had to add new friends to get more discussions. I love to get them in my inbox also.

I have determined that maybe people have dropped me from their friends list...I can't see any other reason for the change...I've even requested friends back that have been on my list forever!!! It's weird..but thanks for tryint to help!!1

I think those notifications depend on the level of your activity here on mylot. I notice that when I get inactive for almost a week, mylot notifications also get inactive even if I get responses and comments.
I also noticed that some people in my friends' page disappeared while I was away. I don't know if it was a mylot glitch or those people have really dropped me off.
Anyway, nice to hear back from you.
