Really Annoying Problem...

I'm having this problem with my computer. I like to play this online game called Runescape. But for a couple months now, I have stopped playing it because, it does the following. Sometimes my computer restarts during game-play, and really I don't have many windows open. The computer isn't over heating, and it isn't giving me a warning when it restarts. It just does it. Now the other thing it does, is annoying as well. After about 5-10minutes of game-play, the window closes. Sometimes I haven't even started playing, and it closes while its loading Java, and the game. I don't know what to do about it, and I did a virus scan, and nothing came up.
Please help me, and give me detailed explanations on what to do, and how it's going to help if you give me some advice, because I'm not a computer person, and don't know what certain things do. Thanks for your help.
-I also read that some people have similar problems, but I haven't found any answers to fix the problem.

There could be many possibility. Does you window close after exactly 10 min. If so there could be a malware running which closes the window after specified time. Try installing a good antivirus after uninstalling the previous one. Update it and do a scan. Just check whether any suspicious program running in startup.
The other possibility is you have very know virtual memory. Try increasing your pagefile. Hope it will help you. Also try uninstalling the browser and reinstalling if you use a browser other than internet explorer. If you are using internet explorer disable the addons and try. Best of luck.
