Would you change anything?

If you had the opportunity to change something in your life would you change it? I have put alot of thought into this and I would have to say I would not change anything in my life. Please dont get me wrong I am not perfect nor have I had a perfect life. Many things I have done that I am not proud of and some things I am very proud of. The way I look upon this subject is that everything I have done is a learning experience and has made me into the person I am. I honestly love myself and what I have become in life. Would you change anything?

Eh, the only thing I can think of is wishing that I had never started dying my hair when I was young. It ruined it and now it's taking me forever to grow my natural hair color back out! Had I known from the start that dying it would be a waste of time and that natural is more beautiful I would have saved myself the trouble... then again I had fun dying it, so I guess I don't regret it after all

I hate a lot of things that have happened in my life and maybe wish they hadn'thappened that way, but they made me who I am today. I learned a lot from these experiences both good and bad, and it might not be perfect, but it's gotten me to the point I am today. I am happy with my life now, so I cannot say I'd change anything. I might not have met the love of my life if even one little thing was changed along the way in my past, so I value all the mistakes I've made because I have learned and growed and it has brought me to this stage I am right now.

I want to change my communication skill. I am fluent in mother tongue and also in local languages but I guess I am poor in English. I don't know exactly what's wrong with me because I found it little difficult for me or should I say I have lack of confidence. God gave me everything from beauty, sharp mind to kindness and I am thankful to him.

On a positive note, if you have learned not to do the things or should I say repeat the things in your past then I would honestly have to say you are on the road to loving yourself to the fullest.

I wouldn't change anything in my life. Life is all about taking the good with the bad. The good is the fun, and the bad makes you realize what you are really made of. If i hadn't gone through the bad in my life, i wouldn't be the person i am today.

I would not change a thing in my life. Each and everything that has happened has happened and is what has shaped me into who I am today. I do have one regret. That is a regret that I would not be willing to change if I had the change. My regret is that I wish that I had stayed in the Air Force and made a career out of it. I would not change that because everything else would be changed also. I am happy in my life and love my husband and my family.

Instead of going back to the U to get my ba in English I would have gone to the U to get a bs in library science so I could have become a research librarian instead of working as a mere page in a library. muchtoo' late now as I am a handicapped senior citizen. But that is the only thind I would have changed.

I too have a little regret about my BA. I sould have gone for nursing instead of my English degree. I wonder how many other English BA's out there wish they did something else, due to how hard it is to find a job with a "reading/writing" degree LOL. Personally, I avoided the Bachelor's of Science b/c of all the math and science required. Looking back now I wish I had gotten the BS degree. How funny, because it sounds like a lot of BS. LOL

I think we all THINK of things we might have changed about our lives. But then..society also has a say and we cannot prevent that. I woulnd not change a thing now.I have lived this life for a reason. If I do get a chance to coe back..then maybe I will learn more. But both my success and failures in this life have taught me alot and..nope..wouldn't change a thing. (No regrets now.)At some point you realize that regrets are useless/balme not needed. You do what you have to to survive.

hi grammasnook, if i could change anything in my life i guess it would have to be my attitudes and the decisions that i make with my education. im kind of a 'ill do it later' kind of person, lol. and it bit me in the butt in a way. lol... its just poor decision making and a very very i guess too laid back attitude, and now im running after time. lol. well im sort of okay at where i am today but for the sake of my father, since he is been dying [not literally of course]for me to finish college im running after it in a way. and the attitude, i could use a lot more of the posisitve attitude in me and the not very laid back attitude would help as well.. hehehe cheers!

This is a question that people pose all the time. And honestly if I had the knowledge today that I did not have years ago most likely I would have changed what I did then. But that is what life is...sometimes it is better to not know what the next ten years or so will bring. It ruins the successes and the failures. So in a round about way I am saying no I would not change a thing. Everything, good and bad, has brought me to the person I am today. And I am proud of how big my heart and soul is, and I am proud of my life. And making changes might have lead me to an easier life, but eventually these obstacles would have found me anyways. At least now I know I can face just about any of life's dilemmas with strength and knowledge. There is one thing though I would have fully believed in myself in times when I had doubts.

I would have Loved to change my childhood. One that would have been more normal, and not so full of abuse, and such. I truly feel any child that can grow up in a loving home with both parents around all of their life without any major issues are the Lucky ones. Looking back I never knew my real Dad, and my Step Dad was very abusive, so I have no example of a real childhood. I know it is too late to turn back time, and start over, and in reality, I am glad I can't, but for me it would be nice if no other child had to endure this type of lifestyle either.

i would like to change the wrong decisions i have made in my life. if there is something for us to know if the decision would do us best, i would like to know how that can be possible. i honestly and wholeheartedly feel that sometimes we do need to fail to know and to be better. but if i can change my life. i like to have our social status before the same as now... where i do not need to worry about money, etc. life is hard right now... getting better ut the journey is a biut long... i have patience, but i feel i need to reach that point soon or i might lose hope.
