Or authors!
I love Stephen King, Bryce Courtenay, Michael Connelly and am currently reading through David Eddings books. He is awesome! His characters are so real and interesting.
There aren't many female authors I like (not really into chick lit) but I love Diana Gabaldons series

I go through stages, depends what mood, Danielle Steel and Cathy Kelly and Nora Roberts lately. Stephen King and Richard layman, James patterson. I find I always have to have a book that I am reading....finish one and start another the next day.
I get a lot from garage sales and book fests to save money....dont think I have bought a brand new book in years

I read so many books by different authors, as I pick them up cheaply from Op Shops here in Australia. But if given a choice of new books, then I like Patricia Cornwell, Tom Clancy and Agatha Christie to name just 3 of my favourites.
It is a case though of - give me a good book and I will read it without worrying about the author. LOL

Once someone gives me a good book, then I usually like to go and find the rest of their books :)

My favourite authors are Terry Brooks and Philip Pullman. They are both good at writing fantasy novels and they are series adventure themes. I've read all of them and they are so addictive that i could spent all of my internet time reading them. Until my eyes hurt:). You should like them too.

Thanks, I'm slowly starting to read more fantasy books, so will make sure I put these two on my list!

I mostly only like male writers, I'm not really into girly books that much

Yeah he does have some strange ideas!
I think I've read all of John Grisham's books, except for his latest one, he's very good at building up the suspense
