Ohio has petitioned and received the names of citizens who have purchased cigarettes over the internet, avoiding the state taxes. They are now sending out tax bills to those people. So, if you are one of these people, better save up/mortgage the house or get a second job. There's no escaping taxes or death. I ordered some when I lived in Arizona, I hope they don't do that there. I think I'd still be liable even though I moved to Ohio, which is paradise on Earth aside from the taxes.
