They say it's sprite, some says it's ginseng, others say it's power drinks? So, what's really effective? :0)

It all really depends on the person who is fighting that horrible morning hangover. Some things will work for some people and others it won't work for. Some will say a way of preventing the ultimate hangover is to take a couple advil or anything with ibuprofen. (DO NOT TAKE ADVIL OR TYLENOL. (Tylenol will destroy your liver over time.)
Some hangover cures you can try if you have not done so already and keep trying to find one that will fit your needs and that will work for you.

A small peg ( say 30 ml) is very good remedy for hangover. Nothing is effective as alchohol in eliminating the hangover.

When I am throwing up gingerrale almost 90% of the times helps me to stop. I always crave chocolatemilk/milkshakes/icegream not sure why and chinese food, usaully helps. The best thing though is if you can have a nap your body needs sleep to repair itself since you dont get proper sleep when you are "pastout" from drinking.
