I don't know you but I know you : you don't know me but you know me.
Please try to explain from various angles. I am trying to find whether you too think from the same angle as I do.There may be hundreds of difference of opinions but I want to draw a sample as to how many people have the same thinking mechanism.It would also give you an idea whether you are a commoner or somebody unique in this sense.So,let's began to interpret and answer the line on top.

On a broader plane we all have the same desire to live and enjoy, but at a individual level, our atoms and molecules, even though same are dictated and guided by culture, family, friends, etc.
So we are all same and dissimilar at the same time.
