What is Mayo??

People speak this strange word,nowadays.Is it a jagron or lexicon ? Confused.Plz revert if anybody knows.

its a white subsatnce made from egg whites, oil & vinegar thats used as a sandwich spread, can be mixed with pasta, and is particularly nice with french fries & cheese, yum, it has loads of different uses.
