how do you treat the people who are successful ,or those who are not

my friend told that, when she communicate people who are more successful than her, she will respect them, but will also be timid to ask questions. but while communicating with people who isn't respectable at all, she will have no interest to talk with them

I think she must be have no confidence to speak to others who are better than her,maybe she has some obstruction in her mind.I think she should practise sepaking more than past.Then please encourage her sometime.

welli dont treat suceessful and unsuccessful person differently, may be because anyone can become successful by working hard, so even who is unsuccessful can become successful tommorrow, so its better to respect all the individuals whether he is successful or not
