Will You Draft a Will before you die or Do you consider it a silly idea?

I would love to have a will worte up but I heard that it costs a good sum of money to have one wrote up by an attorney to make it legit. I would love to have one in case something happens to me or my husband though. We do have a living will for each of us though that states we do not want to be hooked up to any kind of machine to stay alove if we sgould lose our health.

well if you are a billionaire then you must write a will or else its okay if you are not enough rich then your property will go to your children so its okay
