Mother's Day

It's good thing people being on here from different countries, i've found out it's Mother's Day i think every where else etc for the UK. We have our Mother's Day in March, it must be really hard for people that live here in the UK and can't get a Mother's Day card to send their Mum's abroad. I'm curious about what sort of things you do in your country for Mother's Day, do you send cards? do you give gifts or do you just do nice things for your mum? do you have special meals for your mum? I would really like to here from you on how you celebrate Mother's Day???

I never thought about that I knew that Mothers Day was in a different month in the UK but I didn't think about those that live in the UK would not be able to buy Mohters Day cards in May for their Mothers who lived in another country. I guess you have to buy your cards early and wait to send them or if you and your mother have interent access you can always send her an ecard.

it's given me a great idea though for next year, i make handmade greeting cards and most people on ebay stop selling them in the UK after march perhaps i can sell them on there longer next year and even try and get some local shops to sell them for me after march. I'm lucky i live with my mum here in the UK anyway, but i never thought how hard it is for people especially if they don't have access to the internet. Thanks for your response has given me a great idea.
