Class seventh and above girl students from B.S.S. Balwadi School in Dhanbad have been ordered to be made up with thier eye-brows and other beauty charts, failing which they will have to pay a fine of Rs. 15/- per week. Question is, are these soft skinned children ready for make ups or chemical cosmetic substances which are harmful even to the adult skins? This order is justified upto which extent ?
