we call for sense of responsibility

When i rested in my bed this noon , i realize that i abhore team work .Sevaral unpleasant experiences strike me silly . Team work calls for the partictpation of all members. But there are always someone who lack a sense of responsbility .As we always have to confer the affair together ,then the problem arises. They would nerve arrive on time .The most outraging thing is that i am there only to find that they have no knowledge about what is going on .They are supposed to learn sth before the meeting ,however they pass over the principle. I am speechless towards they .I hope that one day they will build up their sense of responsibility!
