try filling the bottles with laundry detergent, this is responsive in black light...you can purchase neon markers, paint, and crayons if you shop around...each has a unique look. You could also melt the neon wax down the sides of the bottles like a candle...black lights are fun to play with. I recommend having more than one light to aid the effect. If you don't want to paint everything keep an eye out for neon colored items, I'm sure you could find some neat treasures at a dollar store. Do something to the ceiling...it doesn't recieve alot of attention but a powerful color scheme under blacklight could make it a focal point.

Oh that is a great idea... the laundry detergent. Then doins a type of resist effect with the paint on the outside of the bottle would give a multi-dimensional effect.

I can't wait to see the pictures. Love these ideas. I was going to making an suggesting about lining the bottles with something to give a crystalizing effect. But I like the laundry detergent idea better. See my comment under jdrhodes response.

Wow. I'm jealous that I didn't come up with that first. That is an amazing idea. I had plastic star stickers on my bedroom ceiling that glowed in the dark. But, I like your idea ten times more. I don't really know what you could add to that. Maybe, try painting several other objects like rocks or something, to add more detail in the room. I really love that idea. Good job.
