Who do you get along better with, your mother or your father?

I get along best with my mom. My biological father i don't see or talk to and my step father I talk to and get along with, but i'm clsoer to my mom.

I have always gotten along better with my mother than I did my father. I have just been closer to my mother. My father passed away 3 years ago and I have become even closer with my mother since then I call her everyday to check on her and see how things are going.

Although both of my parents have passed on for many years now, I still remember how we interacted with each other. I got along well with my Mother. She was a very quiet person, but she was always pleasant and she taught me so much. She passed at a young age, so most of my adult interaction was with my Father. My Dad and I got along like best friends, and there wasn't much we didn't feel comfortable discussing. He was a very strong man, not just physically, but mentally, and I learned a lot about courage, perserverance, and good work ethics from him. He was a farmer, as well as a Fire Chief for our town. We worked the farm together until he was up into his 70's and then when he became ill, I did a lot of the work myself to keep him and the farm going. We got along wonderfully, and as an adult, and a nurse, he trusted my judgement in his business, personal life, and his health care. I was very lucky to have the type of Father I had. I miss them both dearly!

Usually my mother. As a stay-at-home mom she was always there for me and not as harsh in her punishments. ;)

my mum because she brought me up alone. I didn't even meet my dad until I was 7, and even then - I only see him about twice a year because he lives in London while I live in the north of England. I don't love my dad because he isn't really like a dad, he doesn't seem like part of my family. I don;t need a dad to be honest, my mum is more than enough!
