I'm not really obese but I did take medicine which only prescribe for obese people it is called duromine. You have to take it once a day, it will make you lose your appetite and you will lose weight but it has side effects you can't sleep, which is bad. You only have to take it within 3 month because its very addictive.

If you are not obese there is no wy that diet pill should have gone in your mouth. Something that disrupts your sleep is not good for you. the more sleep you get the more weight you lose with exercise and a good eating plan.

i would like to keep away from such pills although i am targeting to loose some weight. I have been consistently doing yoga and taking other measures like having alovera juice daily along with shape up oil from vlcc. I have seen positive results and would continue with this continuously.

I can't take anything that would cause me to stay awake at night. I have enough trouble sleeping as it is.
