Do you wake up in the morning very

I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and I am really thirsty. I always keep something to drink on the nightstand for this reason. I will wake up at least once during the night and take a drink and then in the morning first thing I do is take another drink. The air in this house is pretty dry, so it is common here.

Well, not so much as thirsty. Not usually. In the middle of the night I can wake up with dry mouth and get a drink. But usually it is coffee I need first thing in the morning, not water.

Maybe you sweat alot while asleep. I sometimes too wake up thirsty but sometimes I wake up to pee which is very common for me.

Yeah,I wake up everyday regularly in the same time.just like 6:00am,because it is my habit not because of thirsty or anything else,but there are something bad,on saturday or sunday I also wake up at early time ,I can not get a good sleep.

No, I don't wake up thirsty, but I do like a cup of coffee as soon as I can get my hands on one in the morning.. That is my pick me upper in the mornings..
