why impire is not punsied for there wrong decision

we always see that player get ban or have to pay some part of there match fees for some strange action but what about impires if they do mistakes,they should get punished or not tell?

Umpires do have performance points and that counts a lot in their carrers. Australian Umpire Darell Hair is removed from the ICC panel of umpires and it a good example. Well its difficult to do umpiring. They should not be punished as I am concerned as it just a game.

Umpires are not punished because they have to make snap decisions based only on what they saw at that particular moment. Players are the ones with the actions in the game. They know if they are "roughing" or if they hit a ball out of bounds. Sometimes these things are accidents, but if you look at people who intentioinaly harm another player, they deserve the penalties they get.
