Call the police when they start playing loud music. As far as the dog poop, kick it over into their yard or start putting it in bags and leaving it on their porch. If worse comes to worse take matters into your own hands and start giving them a taste of their own medicine.

Have you spoken to your neighbours about any of this? Maybe they don't realise how much their music is affecting you. I think the best thing to do is to stay calm and have a word with them about what is bothering you. Give them a chance to do something about it. If that fails then I would certainly take further action. Is there a dog warden you could talk to? It's certainly a health concern to have their dog mess on your property.

How do you intend to solve this problem? Hopefully you won't do anything violent, bcause that would not be the answer. I do agree with you though, your neighbour is not being fair o you. It's not right, what you have to put up with.
