I still can't fall asleep

Cellphone runs out of power, MP3 runs out of power Maybe i am the next to run out of energy. Cellphone can be recharged , MP3 can be recharged , Can i be recharged ? I can't fall asleep with ease. I am thirsty for a complete sound sleep . Take the whole thing as a nightmare , when the dream ends , Everything return to normal!

Oh,I just have the same problem as yours.And I understand clealy what the feeling is.It's terrible.I trys to go to bed every night at 11:30.But I don't know why----I just can't fall asleep.And one day I went to jog before I went back to domitary at night.And it really helps a little.But its effect is not good enough to make me fall asleep in a short time lying in the bed.It's really a trouble which make me feel tired in the daytime and do harm to my attention and enthusiasm.

Keep your head blank and force it to think nothing.Most importantly,you should relax yourself on bed. According to Yinui,may be the phenomenon is just some related to season.Now summer is coming,weather becomes hotter,surely our body will have to adjust itself to the change. Don't take it serious.Hope you will be better soon!

What happened to you,dear? I am so concerned about your health. I believe you are suffering insomnia this moment.Once I have experienced that years before.I know deeply how helpless you were in the quiet nights.But don't take it seriously.Everyone would not sleep well just like you for a certain period.It really doesn't matter at all. My suggestion to you is,firstly,you drink a cup of hot milk before going to bed.Milk is some helpful to sleeping.Doing more sports especially running around your playground is another way to improve your sleeping quality.Thirdly,I would like you to put down all unhappy things you are facing now.I guess you should have to deal with some difficulties never met before both on study and something else.Those bad items have no benefit but harmful to your health.Since you are trapped in deep worry of how to overcome them, you are undoubtedly sleeping badly. If there is something I can do to help you, please do not hesitate to call me.I hope you will be better soon. Looking forward to your good news on sleeping.

It is not a new story .I always have troble in falling sleeping for a period of time .I have been accustomed to it .But ,you know it is quite an unpleasant experience,sometines i just can't endure .So i try to project the bitterness in some form ,for instance to write it down here. So don't worry about me .I am so srry to make you worry
