What are the Pros and cons of working online?

I work from home, I am a full time Travel Agent from home. I really like it. Like some of the other posts, you can get your housework done, you can work in your pj's, if you have to go to the doctors you don't have to take time off work. And above all no more paying for gas to commute!!! With Gas Prices the way they are that alone is a blessing. In order to make it working from home you have to be very structured, and self disiplined, or it will get away from you. Just because its not a normal 9 to 5 and there is no boss behind you, you really need to act like it is a 9 to 5 and the boss is there. Because the difference from going to the office to being at home is... at the office you clock in clock out get paid on Friday. At home if you don't produce the work 9 out of 10 jobs you don't get paid.

I work at home online. I am not making a lot of extra money but I am trying really hard. I love working at home because I don't have to get up and get out, I can dress how I want to. I can stop and do housework or play with my granddaughter any time I want to. I don't have to pay out money to buy gas to go to and from a job. I love being able to do what I want if something comes up. Then I can go back and start my jobs online where I left off. I feel blessed that I can stay at home and do this. The only con I can think of is not as much money.
