Yesterday it was raining outside..and earlier my son asked me if we could go outside and play...well I was busy at that moment. WHen I got unbusy it was raining. Well I told him to get his shoes on and meet me outside. My fiance asked me what I was doing. I told him, "Im gonna go play ball with my son." Anyways, he thought I was kidding. Well we came back in about 20 minutes later. SOaking wet but we had lots of fun. Has anyone else done this? Will anyone else do this?

That is awesome. When I have kids, I will do what I can to keep my word. If it's just raining, you know not crazy storming, then it's not going to hurt. I think he'll remember that when he needs it most.
That is seriously cool....you're probably a fun mom...:)

Well, thank you. It was fun..for the both of us. I like to do crazy stuff like that. It is for my kids...they think I am so fun and so funny. It is great to have a connection like that with your kids.

hi tarams.
yes, when my daughter is old enough, i'll definitely play in the rain with her. i think it is oen of the most fun a parent and child can do together. for the parent, it si reliving one's childhood. for the child, it is a new experience that will truly be memorable. its great that you and your son had fun. i'm already lookign forward to the day, my daughter and i will sahre a wonderful time playing together under the rain.
