When you view a website, what appeals to you?

What is it that draws you into a site, what pictures, or colors, words, topics, what is it that gets you to stay around and take your shoes off for a while? I'm not even sure which I like, dark colors are easier on my eyes if I've been at the computer a while, but I love cool color schemes...and I appreciate beauty...

Being a web designer myself, I appreciate creative designing. If I see something that I like I usually search through the source of the site to see how I they do it. It's a great way to get some more ideas.

I dont surf too much the internet, and I realize that simplicity and the organized content is what I like, because i can find the information I need quickly. Allthough colors and graphics can grab my attention, because they touch my subconscious.
