what was the first viand that you'd learned to cook?

me, it was fried fish.:) since it is very easy to cook. you only need to sprinkle it with salt and dip on the pan to fry. So, how about you?

I really do not remember the first thing I learned how to cook. I am sure it was something pretty simple though. It was probably grilled cheese or something like that.
