Hey!! My friend and I are having some serious problems with our dogs. They just won't get along. And after I explain the situation to you, your going to laugh but I really need help.
Ok I have a Shepard and Huskey mix who was dominated by a male Dalmation. So when ever she meets a new dog she's very submissive and cowers down. But she doesn't snap back and just wants to play so much.
My friend has a little winner dog that was attacked and had her throat BADLY injured. So she is over agressive with Daisey (my dog) and bites at her every so often.
Now most of you are saying just leave your dogs at home when you visit the other person but we all get together to go camping and stuff for weekends and we love to be around eachother all the time. And leaving one of the dogs at home in a kennle is just not an option becuase it's mean.
So does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've never had to deal with it so I'm kinda at a loss.
Thanks guys and gals!

Something you can try is to get the dogs together for a few minutes at a time with both of you there. Try petting them constantly so they know everything is ok. Once they get use to each other and the little one knows that your dog isn't going to hurt him, they should be ok. But it is going to take a lot of patients on both your parts to get the dogs to be friends.
