Moms - Did you give birth in a hospital or at a midwife center or at home?

I have 5 children..I gave birth to all in a hospital but with one of my boys I had a midwife instead of a Dr. I liked her A LOT but I still feel like I should have had a c-Section and she wasn't authorized for things like that..but he came out EVENTUALLY!..lol
