Studying to be a CMT- anyone else taking courses and getting intimidated?

I am studying to be a Medical Transcriptionist and am on 3 out of 5 courses. Very proud of what I have learned so far but I get intimidated at times. There are times I am screaming "What is he saying?!?" Thats even with a transcriber. I leave and come back when I am calmer and that helps sometimes. I have learned 2 of the big 4 reports but learned that doctors sometimes do not dictate in order of the reports which freak me out. I am just wondering if I am alone or if there are people who are having problems as well and what kind of problems they are?
