Hey it's summer and I have few tips which I follow and defneatly will help you all during summer.
1) If you plan to go outdoors on picnics, or visits to the beach, make sure you use a good sun-block cream or lotion at least 10 minutes before venturing out.
2) Light coloured clothes reflect light, and do not absorb heat. Cottons and other natural fabrics keep you cooler than synthetic fabrics.
3) A hat or a sun shade will keep the sun from beating down on your face, but reflected UV light can still impact your skin, even though it does not fall directly onto it. So protect yourself from UV rays.
