My dear my lotters, let us talk about musical instruments

You know what guys, I have really been desperate lately because it seems that I could not pursue my dream of becoming a great player on any kind of musical instrument. I particularly tend to focus on the guitar hobby because I have been through it already for almost so many years. I am still glad that I could play it somehow but not as what I was expecting. Lately, I was wondering and planning to try a new type of instrument mainly the piano but we don't have any. Anyone of you here knows how to play the guitar or the piano, it could also be another way of having some fun as well just like what is happening currently to me here on mylot. ^_^

I do not know how to play the guitar, although I had a friend who had one when I was a kid and I used to play on hers!! My Mum and Dad ran pubs when I was growing up and we lived above the pub, in one pub we lived in there was a piano and I used to always go on it and I taught myself how to play it!! I loved it, but never actually took it any further as I was not really interested in having lessons.

You know what I would love to learn to do? I would love to learn to play all kinds of horns: especially trumpets, clarinets, saxophones, and bass. I always enjoy the sound/tone of it. I always enjoy dancing to jazz. My brother in law used to play a bass. I know some stuff about a piano, of course.

I was very musically inclined as a child, never took anything up though. I do not really have any desire to learn anything musical at the moment. Now I just prefer to listen to music.

I know how to play guitar, been playing for 11 years or so now. Am not that good at all, but I know how to play the songs that I come to like. I suggest you look for someone who can teach you, a friend who knows how to play those instruments that you mentioned and is interested at.
As for guitar tips, you can always check this site that gives you an opportunity to search and play the songs you love..

Hey, that will be awesome if we discuss about having a musical instrument. My favorite musical instruments are: all kinds of horns and trumpets. As well as bass. I would choose the jazz style. I love jazz a lot. I love music from the 1920s through the 1940s. Yeah, big band and swing is awesome. How about a saxophone? How about a clarinet? How about a trumpet? I do love to be on a piano, too.

hello..!!...we have the same case..ahihi..
i love playing guitar and its one of my favorite hobbies..i started to learn it since i was in my high school age...cause my dream is to be a rock star someday ( how i wished!!..) hehe...like avril lavigne..i love her songs and she totally rocks!! but then im planning to change the instrument i used to play...i want to learn how to play drums..i think its cool..for a girl like me..
