...sounds funny isn't it! But yes, it is true. Victoria Beckham, Uma Thurman and Gwyneth Palthrow already have these pair of sandals.
I don't think it's comfortable....
I won't dare wearing this.. even if it is a trend. And you?

Hi Long, yes this is cute for teeners but not for women .*wink*..lol.. even if it makes me sexier than evah..hahaha.. Better barefoot or just a simple pair of flip flops will do. But if they'll give me an opportunity to wear this for a few second only for a photograph...lol.. maybe I will volunteer but not really as my daily shoes... thanks for the comment! You're great!

This sounds crazy. When something new is designed its purpose would be have more of comfort and ease and at the same time going with the times and looking graceful. But this high heel without heels would be very uncomfortable and seems that the designer lacks imagination so had no other option to just take away the heels and make the model walk on toes.

I work in the fashion world, but this trend is just beyond me. There is no way in the world I would wear these. I am unbalanced as it is, but without the back half of the shoe, I would literally be on the floor in seconds.
How is this comfortable? You cannot walk around on your tippy toes for hours on end. what good does that do? I hope this is one trend that just fades away....if only crocs would do the same....

This is not comfortable. I would rather go barefoot than wearing this kinda shoes. Even watching this photo gives me pain already in my toes..lol.. well, anyway thank you for responding.

Well as for walking in them... i've tried and its possible! But then again from years of dance i naturally walk on my toes ALOT so im use to not needing the support on my heel.
However is it just me or do they look rather strange? I think its all good and well wearing them on runways and in the fashion world... but for everyday life? No thanx

This is so crazy. I mean how do they wear these shoes? And what are these actresses thinking when they put on these shoes. I would not wear these shoes even if they paid me $100. Well if they put another zero behind that then I'll probably wear it. And if I really need $100 then I'll probably wear it. But for fashion I don't think I would wear them.

Wow, I don't think I could ever wear a shoe like that! I have only recently started wearing high heels (excluding those low heeled boots), about 7 months now (and I'm 21 going on 22!) anyway, the first high heeled shoe I bought was actually a pair of wedged heel shoes (4 inches high) and I still mis-step on them sometimes and I would love to wear high heels with the thin piece of "thing" in the back to hold it up but I'm afraid I'll sprain my ankle instantly! so I don't know how they can walk around on those! That is some balancing act IMO!
