Do you want to be rich or famous?

Bala, None actually. I am already rich, rich in values and thoughts (Laughs)and I have always loved maintaining a low profile, always behind the scene kinda girl. I hate the tags that come with being famous - loss of privacy, paparazzi trails....I am better off without being famous.

YES, i always wanted to be rich and famous and i know, i will be one day....

We are very comfortable and I wouldn't change a thing in my life financially. Not sure I'd want to be famous because of all the attention it attracts. I am famous to my friends and family and that's all that matters. I am a happy camper!

Given the choice I would like to be famous. Because I beleive, money cannot buy you everything, however, if one is famous, the appreciation and acknowledgement one gets would be far higher than any wealth (money).

Yah... why not? I'd love to have money to do what I really wanted. I don't necessarily want to be famous but some noteriarity would be good. As long as its for something positive.

I want to be as I am. I have been famous in the place I lived earlier and I shared a lot of limelight. Life has changed now with my relocation.Still I am on my own and I have satisfaction from my freelance work.Regarding"rich" it all depends on your definition. I have always been rich. However there are different grades and so I do not know if people would qualify me to be rich. I wish to be as I am for the rest of my life .

hi bala, how are you. nice discussion. Well I don't want to be famous at all because the more famous you are the more artificial becomes your life and you just cannot enjoy your freedom. For example our famous film stars, even if they have fever or diarrhea...........it becomes headlines and news of the day.....or if they want to enjoy a simple pain puri on any common beach, they cannot do it as people follow them with autograph book.....so you see life becomes difficult. Also you have more responsibilities on your shoulders when you are famouse like our ministers, leaders etc. About, if I want to become rich........yes only as much as I can support my family. I want to leave some bank balance for my children so that life will be easy for them,even if I will not be there for them. so I want money only for my necessities and not for luxuries. I would like to be rich so I could help my family, friends and those less fortunate than me. I wish that I could go to Africa and help those small children. You can do so much for others if you are rich.

I prefer to be rich because being famous means that I will not have privacy since everybody knows me.

Bala my friend. I am not, nor ever have been famous - nor wanted to be especially. But I am very very rich. A millionaire in friends. That to me is the most wonderful thing in my life.

So far I have been famous. But now I am in transition and want to become rich. No comparisons and all these in my own right.

I always believed with fame came respect... but I found that you don't need to be famous to earn that respect from others... there is the Golden Rule... "Treat others how you want to be treated" I try to live by that and that works so well. Thanks Zelo

i expect to be rich..pay back debt which my parents borrow money for my study in university.Buy a beautiful house for my parents to live in and buy lots of things they want in a word ,i want my parents to be most happiness parent in the world. even if it is so hard to make more money ,i will do my best to do it.whoever i am,to be rich or to be poor,i want my parents happy.and don't worry about money.

Not only rich and famous, I would like health and then wealth. Haven't you heard health is wealth? If you have health, you can do whatever you want. What Goodie said is right. Health is needed in ones life. Only if you have health you can try for everything , whatever you want. without health what can you do? And as I said mental peace. Money cannot get you that.. That can also be got from health and wealth. I hope so. But for some they cannot get that even when they have health and wealth. You have to have luck and good life go together with wealth to get you mental peace. I hope to God that I can achieve that and if I can achieve that I'll be the happiest woman in this whole world. Money will come and go but health and peace shpuld be with us forever. I believe in that.

I want to be famous.It's the feedback of a success.And ,I 'll be rich.But,rich is not delegate success.

I would really love to become both rich and famous. That way I could feel really great about and proud of my experiences. I would feel great about starting my own homebased business that will keep customers really interested. And I would be on tv or in the paper so that they will notice what is coming out.
