Anyone Using HubPages?

I just discovered Hub Pages the other day and I love it. Looks like a great place for writers. So far I have created 3 hub pages and I hope to get some more done today. If you have any tips let me know. Thanks, Alicia

Can anyone tell more about it. Is it like a blog? How can one create it? And does it need a traffic to our sites, just like blog for earnings? In short where can i get my FAQ's on Hub pages, any specfic site to read?
