If you are looking for quality i recommend Abit or Asus. For lower prices but less quality you could get Msi, epox. The cheapest (at least in Romania) is Foxconn and ASRock.

gigabyte for their stability, DFI mobo's are also great - if you have the cash. Foxconn is also underestimated, and can give a good bang for your buch. Asus is good as well, and have great aesthetics too (with their many copper heatsinks and what have you :P) look at motherboards.org if you're interested.
