Feel an atachment for a girl I work with~~~

As a laboratory technician, I have the opportunity to work with many girls and women, for most lab technicians here are female. Most of us are ordinary, and it's the case to them. Very few of us are and can be extrodinary in intelligence or beauty, or in any other aspects.
What I will mention is a girl that impresses me, adds some beautiful color into my smooth life and will remain in my memory for the rest of my life. She have a round face, slim figure, and a hair neither too long nor too short. She's tender, mild and quiet, just like a girl or woman shall be in a tradional Chinese's eye.
The first impression was that she is a lovely girl. And through the subsequent work-time contact, she become a most suitable model to be my princess charming(is this word used rightly here to describe a perfect mate?). Actually, she makes a good wife. I mean she has the very qualities to be a good mate. She seldom joins others's whispers and to pass the small rumors concerning people working here. She is, as I have said, mild, and full of care of others.
However, I don't think I will push my self into act to pursue her. She said that I am somewhat childish which is a quality to make me unqualified to be a good husband. I admit that sometimes I act immaturely. But who knows, maybe one day I will be a true man. People become mature through long journey into death. Inspite of this, she may not see this day together with me.
And moreover, she wants to marry a man that does not belong to here. As same as me, she hate this place where she was born and has been living. She dreams to get out of the influence of hometown. She has a sister who has just got married to be a outlander's wife.
She used to say that she takes me like a brother, and I make myself act as if a brother will do. Life is smooth yet not lovable to me. One day I will be old. I don't know what I will be like then and whether I will be regret that ONCE I didn't make up mind to grasp a chance to have happiness.
What's your opinions? Have you ever met the situation like I do?
PS:I typed hardly in a notepad, but only to find mylot.com doesn't allow a copy and paste operating.:(

You'll be able to copy/paste as soon as you reach 500 posts.
Don't give up on this girl. So many times, friendship leads to love! She sounds like a nice person, especially since she refuses to join in the office gossip (talking about others' private business).
Why do the two of you hate where you are? Most young people do want to move from where they are so they can make a new start, there's nothing wrong with that. But in the meantime you have to make the best of where you are.
Can you ask her out to lunch or to have tea or coffee? That's not a "date", and will give her a chance to see you more the way you really are. Maybe she'll see something in you then that she loves.

Thank you for you comment.
500 posts? Still a long way to go~~~:(
There're so many reasons for the towns we live separately to be hated. I cannot precisely describe my emotion for the hometown in English. But I know I don't want to live here any longer, if there is a method for me to leave.
And as to my friend and me, I think we may be good friends but never become soulmate. Maybe one day I will find someone I love and loves me.
