What are the things that you should do and not to do before go to sleep?

The most common things is brush our teeth before go to sleep...other than that?

You shouldn't drink anything with caffine in it before going to bed or you might have a problem falling asleep. You should also try to relax before going to bed so playing an action packed video game isn't the best idea.

You are correct we shouldn't take at the time because we won't get sleep so don't spend time to watch different programs on television is important for everyone.

i usually take a bath before i go to sleep that is if i dont have work at night. i always make sure i bring a pitcher of ice cold water inside our room so if i wake up in the midle of the night thirsty i dont need to go out of the room. i make sure i pee before i sleep. i dont eat anything before i sleep thats bad for the teeth.

Other than that? before you sleep you should pray and thank God for the wonderful day he gave to you.

(1) pray
(2) relax
(3) close eyes and let your imagination go
(4) hug pillow
(5) lie on your sides or front [to avoid sleep paralysis]

(1) sleep on a full stomach
(2) don't drink coffee or tea at least 10 hours before you sleep [if you drank already, drink plenty of pineapple juice or water to remove the caffeine out of your body]
(3) lie on your back... we believe lying on your back [and snoring] can cause sleep problems.
