A Group Approach that can work

I've lamented the poor aspects of "groups" for money-making before. There's the ones who sign up and aren't active but want a piece of the pie. There's the ones who want to sign up and cheat the system. Then there's just the ones who don't have a clue. Well, I'm proposing a group (or club or coalition or whatever you want to call it) that can work. Here are the details. If I receive at least 5 serious replies, I'll get the ball rolling. 1) The group will have its own website. I already pay for my unlimited hosting and it will be a page off of one of my domains so that will all be free. 2) We will only work with programs that are international. I have other ways for U.S. residents to earn but that will be seperate from this group. 3) Everything will be fair. If you don't want to work at it, then you won't be making any money. 4) Everyone will have an opportunity to list a link in a weekly newsletter so members can help each other out even outside the group. 5) Most programs will be free but others will be for small amounts to help earn even more. AGAIN, you will only have to work the programs you like. 6) You will earn a guaranteed amount AND there will be a bonus draw monthly for one lucky participant. Here's the basic principle. We all sign up under one link. I will monitor that link and all referral money will be split accordingly: 50% goes to the person making the click, 25% goes into the monthly bonus draw, and 25% goes for administration fees. This will be a very lengthy process so I think 25% is more then fair and I doubt I'll make much off of it. Next, we all know that even if we investigate a program for months, there are those that will go belly up. Therefore, no payments are made until payment is received from the site. Every member will have his earnings listed at the site monthly so you can keep track. As soon as payment is received, payment will go out to the various members. Payment will go out the same way it comes in. In other words, if I'm paid by egold from the site, I'll pay you in egold. If I'm paid by Alertpay from the site, I'll pay you in Alertpay. Each link will say how we are going to be paid. If you can't be paid by that currency, you can move to the next program. We will list as many programs as possible but they will all have to have the ability to tell me how many clicks you made. Otherwise, there's no way to tell how much you earn. In one word: KICKBACK. This is a way for you to earn 150% and even more if you're lucky enough to be the monthly winner. Well, there's the idea. If you're interested, please let me know.
