a major earthquake measuring 7.8 richter scale jolted wenchuan county,sichuan province in the southwest of china at p.m 2.28 yesterday .the earthquake has affected some other places such as zhengzhou,chengdu,chongqing,wuhan.guiyan

I have a daughter who is in Shanghai, but I think that is too far away to have been affected. Right?

yeah
shanghai are much safer than some othere places
but shanghai aslo affected by that earthquake .but i didn't case any damange

I read about it,and the destruction that it causes, today morning in a newspaper, I am really sorry to hear about it. I wish for their,the people who gets affected, steady recovery from this terrible condition.
