about your case, that is very normal, I have that too! Especially, I have work for so long and when I got here, I have no income, things like that, I know we will overcome all of these and just pray also! That is what I am doing always! Take care!

How I deal with disappointment is to to simply not get excited about anything until it actually happens. I have had disappointment after disappointment over the years and it is the worst feeling too. I simply decided that I was not going to keep being disappointed and so I do not get excited about it until it is happening.
We are going on holiday soon and all the family are excited, but I deliberately do not think about it or get excited, because if I do then something will go wrong, yes pessimistic I know, but it is what usually happens. I will get excited when I am actually at my holiday destination!!

It is best to not have any expectations at all, in that way you will not get disappointed at all. It´s better in my opinion. Of course, we all have some expectations in some way, but you have to tell your self if it was really important to you. Did You do everything to get what you expected. when you think about it, was it really that important? If you think about it, it may not make you so mad.

I don't know if the way i deal disappointment might work for you. Anyway i'll just share mine ^^. I divert my attention to something i know that would make me feel better like watching movies or maybe just sleep. If that doesn't work i express my disappointment to one of my friends. I just talk about it over and over until I get tired of it.~usually that makes me feel good~. plus I eat ice cream. I don't know why just by having a taste of it, it would tone down my feeling of disappointment.

Ups and downs are quite natural in life. We are pretty much sure they will be coming one after another if not immediately but after sometime. Hence, we got to anticipate everything in our life. We always feel good for ups and little bit upset for downs. We got to control our mind so well that it makes us stronger in all the cases no matter what the disappointment is. Cheers
