I received a letter yesterday saying my daughter was chosen, that's actually what I was looking around for to see if this is the real deal or not. I agree, they chose OUR kids the least they could do is give us a free book.

I also received this letter yesterday in the mail and they wanted me to buy the book. I have phoned and emailed and got nothing in reply from them. I believe it to be a scam... on yahoo answers they show it as a scam as well. I also checked snopes.com and found nothing there.

I received an email today about my daughters picture being in the top 1500. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but once I submitted the photo my inbox was hit really hard with spam. I think this whole thing is a joke and I will not be buying the book.

My two year old was actually chosen for something, but they wanted me to pay money so I didn't do it. Made me feel good though that she was chosen, but I didn't feel it was right that I would have to pay any money to further her. God bless

Yeah thats not right, the only money they want from me, is to buy one of the books. They pick my kid and i can't even get a free book?? Whats up with that!

This is a scam. They are only trying to get your money....you will never receive the book. I got the email and letter stating my son was selected and I wanted to call but they put no number anywhere on the letter. I sent an email back to the one I got and it was returned to me saying undeliverable. Then I did a reverse look up with the address and didn't find the company. Now today, I got another "trying to get money out of me" email saying I've been chosen to be in the Internaional Society of Photographers for my work taking this same picture. The picture is not of this quality, I assure you.
I had a friend that this happened to, different company...same scam. She paid the money but never got the book and then the website, phone number, and email addresses for the company were disconnected.

My son was also chosen to be in the America's Most Beautiful Babies Boob for 2008. I am thankful his picture was chosen, but I should not have topay $70.00 for the book, when it is my picture they are using.

my daughter was chosen to be in the 2008 edition AMBB book. i wasn't going to pay for it, but her being my 3rd little one, i thought it would be nice for her to have and caved. i paid the $150 bucks they wanted, which may have included or i paid more for a little caption under her pic. i have not received a book and it's been, at least, 6 months. if anyone has any information on how to contact the responsible party for answers, i'd appreciate it. it wasn't easy for me to splurge on her, but i wanted something special for her to have forever. now i'm out of the money, for nothing and finding it hard to contact anyone on the matter. if it's a scam, i want to do what i can to hold them accountable. thanks

I had the same problem. I paid for the book and never got it. I received an email in December that the book was in the finishing stages at they will be mailed in 2-4 weeks. It is now 3 months later and still nothing. I tried calling and emailing several times with no luck. I did receive my award for "Outstanding Achievement in Photography" (which I also had to pay for) but never got the book. I am pretty pissed to say the least. I want to find these people so bad. If anybody knows anything about this, please post some info.I see there are a lot of people that are in the same boat. We cannot let them get away with this.

I recommend anyone having a problem with this company/website, to contact the registrar of the website (Register.com). If enough complaints are made they may close their account or force them to close the website. Also, for those of you that actually paid money to this company, I recommend you report them to the Better Business Bureau online and maybe also look for a class action lawyer. It's total bullshit for people to use our own children to rob from us!
