How many credit cards do you have in your wallet?

For awhile I had tons of credit cards and the crushing debt that goes along with it. Now, I'm pretty much stuck with using debit cards. I like living indoors too much to keep using credit cards. I don't need that headache.
At my prime, I had more than ten credit cards. Is that a lot? Anyway, I was wondering how many credit cards you would consider too many? How many credit cards do you have?

That's very smart! I wish I had done that, too.

I have two debit cards, one for each of my checking accounts. I also have 2 regular credit cards. One of them is emergency only, and the other one is used on a pretty regular basis, but paid off each month. We also have two different store cards, but both are only used when they are offering a no interest, same as cash period. Then we buy the bigger stuff we need, and pay them off before they start accruing interest. Aside from that, I also generally have at least 2 or 3 prepaid cards in my wallet. My husband and I both belong to a website that pays in giftcards, including prepaid Visas.

I am glad to say that I only have a debit card. I don't want to get a credit card just yet. I would like to know I have the money to pay it first.

Just the one, and that's only becuase my bank issued me it without ma specifically asking for it. I don't think i ahve ever used it, i prefer to just spend what actual money i have. I'm not sure how many cards i would consider as to many, for me if i had more than a few it would feel like too many because i wouldn't use them anyway!

At my prime, I got like 3 credit cards but that got me in good trouble! Now I have 2 and I only use 1 for regular purchase and the other one is more for online buying purpose. I think anything more than 1 is too much because if you can have a good budget, why need more than 1 for convenience?

One. I had two, but now I have one. I just paid off one credit card $618.59. It felt terrible having to fork all of that money over, but at the same time, it felt great to pay it all off!

I have two cards, one is visa and the other one is master card. I always carry both of them in my wallet. The reason I have two, it is for a backup if the other card is being declined. I think more than three, I would consider it, too much to have and to handle.

I have 4 cards with me but for past months I been through the hardest times in my life because of credit cards so I decided to stop my 2 cards and only remain 2 cards, 1 for my basic needs and the other one is when I like a gadget and will apply for a 0% interest rate. This days, you have to be a wise buyer in order to be debt free and to be happy.

Just one that I pay off in full every month. I rarely use it.
