How many hours do you sleep per night? I try to sleep eight, but I seem like I only get anywhere from 5 to 7 per night and that is with melatonin.

I try to sleep longer hours to build my muscles and burn my fats. It is believed that you perspire more while sleeping leading to i think an average of 65-95 calories per hour are burned. So, I think, there's a need to sleep longer. :)

For me, it depends on the night since my scheule is a little weird, but I think I usually manage to get about 6 or 7 hours of sleep each night. If I have to get up early, then sometimes it is less than that, since I am pretty bad about getting to bed early, lol. On the weekends, I sleep a lot more than that cause I like to sleep in a lot. :)

Sleep is good - sleep is good, so get some rest
Hi snowy, I get anywhere from 5 to8 hours of sleep. It depends usually on what time i get to bed. Sometimes I got at 11pm or at 1am when I stay up to watch movies (like tonight!)

I used to only get around 3 or 4 hours a night (yes i looked like crap) because of insomnia. Luckily i have gotten better the last few weeks and have been getting around 6 hours a night. If i have any more than 8 hours i feel blah.
